International shipment - the cost depends on customer's shipping address and weight .

VAT and Duties may apply.

We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

Postal Priority  - The shipment will arrive to your country within 7-21 business days by post assuming there are no delays clearing customs. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on shipping regulations, some countries will experience slight delays, but rest assured we are hard at work to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

UPS - The shipment will arrive to your door within 2-7 business days assuming there are no delays clearing customs.

Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Customs Policy

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery, these charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control.

 **If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
